Return an Item

On the odd occasion that you may need to return an item to us:

If you wish to return a non decorated order please do so within 7 days of purchase

Please e-mail info@workwearshop.co.uk to inform us that you wish to return an item.

Send the garment (s) back to us at the address below or you could call in and have a chat with us!!!

The cost of carriage will be the customers responsibility

The item should not have been worn and should be in the same condition as when supplied (we appreciate you may have tried it on for size)

All "tags" and labels should be intact.

If the garment was supplied in its own bag then it must be returned in that bag in order to obtain a refund with all tags still attached

Please ensure that you enclose some paperwork to state who the sender is (i.e. your name/ address/contact telephone number and an e-mail address you would be surprised how many people do not do this simple task!!!!)

A refund where applicable will be issued within 7 days of receipt.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% of the value of the original items.

If on the odd occasion (we are human) where we are at fault ie wrong colour or size has been despatched by us then we will refund the cost of the return and replace, refund or exchange it.
